I love Thanksgiving! I think it's one of the only holidays left that isn't commercialized to death. I have to admit the food is one of my favorite parts. We had two dinners - one with the Cornelius clan and one with the Brouwers, who unfortunately had a broken oven. This gave me the opportunity to roast my first turkey! It's a little nerve-wracking. The whole dinner surrounds it, you know. The bird came out quite tasty and a good time was had by all. Now our Christmas lights are up, and I'm trying to keep the "present craze" at bay with our 4-year-old! Here are some Thanksgiving pics.
