I love this one. Hope is sometimes picky when it comes to dinnertime. Sure, she'll eat mac 'n cheese like it's going out of style, and if you give her a hot dog, it'll be gone lickety split. But, just try to convince her that dishes cooked in the oven or on the stove (rather than the microwave) are also tasty. This particular evening I made chicken enchiladas with beans. She loved it - as is clearly visible from this photo. We went straight to the bathtub after this one!
